How Service Dogs are Trained
Not all service dogs are trained exactly the same way.
The Alert - the dog senses that a specific event is going
to occur in the near future & is able to notify the human partner
with some type of conditioned response
The Response - Specific training to act in a predetermined
manner when a specific event occurs
