A person living with a mental health disability cannot
be denied housing because of a service animal under the Fair
Housing Act of 1988 as administered by HUD
Any person accompanied by a service animal cannot be
denied transportation by air under the Air Carrier’s Access
Act (administered by the FAA) or by other conveyances under the
ADA (administered by the Department of Justice)
